This non-leaching antimicrobial system prevents against mold, fungi, mildew, algae and odor-causing bacterial growth on the coating surface* It's non- VOC acrylic adhesion and binding system has been proven to be the most durable in the industry. SafeGuard’s low VOC formula contributes 1 point via LEED IEQ Credit 4.2 (low-emitting paints & coatings) to any project.
