Refund, Credit and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are considered final. We do not issue refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used toward future purchases, unless the order qualifies for replacement under the conditions outlined below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace a product at no extra cost to the customer if:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective

  • The product is incorrect due to an error on our part

In the event of damage during shipping, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. Once reimbursement is received from the carrier, we will issue store credit for the value of the damaged product if applicable.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or store credit:

  • Contact our customer support within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

4. Return Authorization Required

All exchanges or returns must be pre-approved by Enviroguard. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

6. Credit Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will receive store credit within 7 to 10 business days after processing.
