Mold staining under polyurethane, urethane and coatings (P.U.C.) is a common challenge. From wood floors and ceilings to OSB and engineered beams and trusses, overcoming the problem is time-consuming and expensive. 
 
We just wrapped up field testing and are now introducing a new formula that cuts through polyurethane, urethane, and latex-based coatings and caulks in 1-2 minutes for easy removal. In the case of these images from the field, Enviroguard's P.U.C. Remover was applied and allowed to dwell for a about 1 minute. Then OxyPrep was applied to eliminate the staining and it was neutralized with Oxypar LR. It's a great solution to what seems like a major problem.
