Loyalty Rewards Program Policy

We are pleased to offer our Loyalty Rewards Program, designed to thank and reward our valued customers for their continued support. Participation in the program signifies acceptance of the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to earn points (“Points”) through qualifying activities. Points can be redeemed for rewards as described in this policy.

2. Ways to Earn Points

Customers can earn points in the following ways:

  • Attend an Event

    • Tier 1: 100 points

    • Tier 2: 200 points

    • Tier 3: 300 points

    • Tier 4: 400 points

    • Tier 5: 500 points

  • Book a Session

    • All Tiers: 10 points per booking

  • Buy an Online Program

    • Tier 1 and above: 1 point per $1 spent

  • Purchase a Product

    • All Tiers: 1 point per $1 spent

  • Sign Up to the Site

    • All Tiers: 200 points

  • Celebrate a Birthday

    • All Tiers: 100 points

  • Follow Us on Social Media

    • All Tiers: 100 points

  • Customer Anniversary

    • All Tiers: 250 points

3. Tiers

The Program consists of five tiers, each offering unique benefits and point multipliers.

  • Tier 1: 0 points to enter

  • Tier 2: 2,000 points to enter

  • Tier 3: 5,000 points to enter

  • Tier 4: 20,000 points to enter

  • Tier 5: 50,000 points to enter

Tier eligibility is valid for one year from the entry date. Customers will be notified when they move to a higher tier or when their tier eligibility is about to expire.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts and rewards as follows:

  • Tier 1: 50 points = $1 discount

  • Tier 2: 25 points = $1 discount

  • Tier 3: 16 points = $1 discount

  • Tier 4: 12 points = $1 discount

  • Tier 5: 10 points = $1 discount

Please Note: When redeeming points for a purchase, coupon codes cannot be applied. Customers must choose either to use points or a coupon code for a single transaction.

5. Points Expiration

Points will expire after 12 months of customer inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no earning or redeeming of points during this period. Customers will be notified 14 days prior to point expiration.

6. Additional Conditions

  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Points will be awarded only for qualifying purchases and activities as determined by the Program’s terms.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program or any part of it at any time without notice.

  • Any misuse of the Program, including fraud or abuse of point-earning activities, may result in forfeiture of points and removal from the Program.
