Oxypar LR™ is a powerful, ready-to-use hydrogen peroxide cleaner designed to penetrate, lift, and suspend soil loads while brightening a variety of surfaces for a thorough clean. Suitable for use on wood, composite materials, concrete, brick, stone, grout, masonry, gypsum, and painted surfaces.
Optimized Performance with REACT|EXTRACT System
For surfaces with a Mold Severity Index (MSI) of 1 through 4, maximize cleaning power by using Oxypar LR in synergy with OxyPrep:
- Pre-treat surfaces with OxyPrep to remove mold staining.
- After a 1–2 minute dwell time, apply Oxypar LR.
- An exothermic reaction occurs, lifting and suspending deeply embedded soil loads.
- Allow at least 1 minute dwell time before vacuum extraction.

To leave a fresh scent after cleaning, add SorbAssist™ to OxyPrep prior to use or apply as an ULV fog after stain removal is complete.
