Oxypar DC HYDROGEN PEROXIDE FORMING CLEANER

OXYPAR DC may be used on most construction materials including asphalt shingles, clay roof tiles, metal roofing, composite roofing materials, wood shingles, wood siding, composite siding, aluminum siding, wood/composite decking, and concrete, brick, stone, asphalt and aggregate walkways, patios and driveways.  

Oxypar DC is compatible with most Enviroguard products and equipment. 

Oxypar DC will yield 150-400 ft2 per ready-to-use gallon, based upon soil level, surface texture, porosity and application method. Coverage rates do not include loss from over-spray or over-use.

• Dilute 8-12 ounces of Oxypar DC into every gallon of water.
• Apply to the point of saturation and/or run-off.
• Contaminants will be identified on the surface within 10-15 seconds.
• Allow the oxidative reactions to drive soil load into the resultant foam until saturated.
• Rinse to remove soiling from surface or allow rain water to do the job for you.
• Allow to dry.
• Re-apply as needed.

• Eye Protection:  Goggles
• Respiratory Protection:  If using outside, respiratory protection is unnecessary. If using in a confined area, use a full face respirator with multi-gas/multi-vapor cartridges.
• Skin Protection: If using outside, use nitrile gloves. If using in a confined space with exposure to skin and clothing is unavoidable, use nitrile gloves and protective clothing rated for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8 hours based upon prolonged chemical exposure and the need for tear resistance.

If spilled, contain material and remove with an inert absorbent. Sweep up and dispose of material. Dispose of used product per all current federal, state and local regulations.
