SafeGuard Semi-Transparent Encapsulant is formulated for professional use in post-remediation applications where long term mold and moisture resistance, substrate visibility and breathability is essential. SafeGuard contains a marine-grade, and EPAregistered antimicrobial that is built to withstand moisture prone environments per ASTM D-5590 testing. This non-leaching antimicrobial system prevents against mold, fungi, mildew, algae and odor-causing bacterial growth on the coating surface* It's non- VOC acrylic adhesion and binding system has been proven to be the most durable in the industry. SafeGuard’s low VOC formula contributes 1 point via LEED IEQ Credit 4.2 (low-emitting paints & coatings) to any project. For interior use only.
