While Oxypar LR is a ready-to-use hydrogen peroxide cleaner that was originally created for mold cleaning services, it's also a neutralizer that creates greater efficency on water damage, fire damage, bio-hazard and exterior restoration jobs.
FIRE DAMAGE
Once your OxyPrep / Code Orange cocktail is applied and allowed to dwell for 1-2 minutes (to emulsify soot) apply Oxypar LR and an exotheric reaction will occur. Simply extract, wipe/mop up or rinse depending what makes the most sense for the job.
WATER DAMAGE and BIO-HAZARD
Once your OxyPrep / Grease Gobbler cocktail is applied and allowed to dwell for 1-2 minutes (to emulsify organics) apply Oxypar LR and an exotheric reaction will occur. Simply extract, wipe/mop up or rinse depending what makes the most sense for the job.
EXTERIOR RESTORATION
Once your OxyPrep / Grease Gobbler cocktail is applied and allowed to dwell for 1-2 minutes (to penetrate lichen, tannin and algae and to eliminate staining) apply Oxypar LR and an exotheric reaction will occur. Simply rinse, extract or wipe/mop up depending what makes the most sense for the job.
Once surfaces are clean, passive moisture controls Fortify and X4, or odor sealants like VaporLock can be used.
OxyPar LR NEUTRALIZER
When used alone:
- Identifies contaminants with vigorous foaming
- Penetrates quickly to lift and suspend soiling on the surface
- Actively brightens surfaces for up to 24 hours
