Ready-to-Use Hydrogen Peroxide Cleaner & Powerful Neutralizer
Originally formulated for mold cleaning, Oxypar LR is a versatile, ready-to-use hydrogen peroxide cleaner that also acts as a neutralizer to boost cleaning efficiency on water damage, fire damage, bio-hazard, and exterior restoration projects.
Fire Damage Restoration
After applying your OxyPrep / Code Orange cocktail and allowing it to dwell 1-2 minutes to emulsify soot, apply Oxypar LR. An exothermic reaction will occur, accelerating breakdown of residues.
Then extract, wipe, mop, or rinse whatever works best for the job.
Water Damage & Bio-Hazard Cleanup
Apply Oxypar LR following a 1-2 minute dwell time of the OxyPrep / Grease Gobbler cocktail, which emulsifies organic soils. The exothermic reaction helps loosen contaminants for faster, deeper cleaning.
Extract, wipe, mop, or rinse based on site needs.
Exterior Restoration
After treating with OxyPrep / Grease Gobbler for 1-2 minutes to penetrate lichen, tannin, and algae and eliminate stains, add Oxypar LR. The exothermic reaction enhances cleaning power, leaving surfaces fresh and stain-free.
Follow with rinsing, extraction, or wiping/mopping as appropriate.
Follow-Up Care
Once surfaces are clean, maintain moisture control with Fortify and X4, or apply odor-sealing solutions like VaporLock to complete the restoration.
