Our license provides exclusive use of Enviroguard intellectual property in the form of both existing and derivative works, and it provides complete access to all print and digital media for the purposes of marketing, assessment, and sales support. Everything is housed at EnviroguardDirect.com and permissions are granted to all individuals within the Certified Firm upon setting up membership to the Enviroguard website. Once licensing is granted, an onboarding meeting is scheduled to familiarize your team with all digital and print support and so that customizations can begin. Additionally, you'll be added to the Certified Firm map with backlinks to your website to enhance search engine optimization.

Training

Our training course establishes complete coordination between marketing, sales, management and production by defining a duplicatable process from rapport building through customer satisfaction. For 2024, the training curriculum is the Mold Remediation + Passive Moisture Controls Certification.

Training Curriculum Description

From the time your representative arrives at a home or business, through the successfulexecution of the job, this course is step-by-step and complete. Safety, S-520 StandardGuidelines for Mold Remediation, Environmental Condition (1,2,3), ConduciveConditions, Soil Load, Mold Severity Index 1-5, the 5-Types of Moisture, Engineered Passive Moisture Controls by location and substrate, Procedural Efficiency, Sales Process, Recurrence Prevention, and the establishment of Maintenance Agreements are core to this course.

Ongoing Development & Support

Continuing to produce and train on new digital and print tools while "keeping the sword sharp" on standards, procedures and mechanics is essential to duplication and managing growth, including turn-over, over time. Every other week we host a support webinar for Certified Partners as we engage one topic per session. The session is recorded and uploaded to the Certified Firm "Support Webinars" folder at EnviroguardDirect.com.

All of this, licensing, onboarding, training and ongoing development and support is provided to your team in exchange for your monthly purchase of Enviroguard products. During the last week of each month, your Enviroguard Regional Director will review your known jobs and material needs for the upcoming month. Your needs will be organized into a sales order for your approval, and all materials for the region will ship together to your regional Enviroguard location which can be picked up or delivered at your convenience.
